Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a temporary assignment at an industrial plant. The candidate will be responsible for equipment inspection, preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting of mechanical systems, and ensuring smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Inspect pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, valves and related machinery.
- Identify mechanical faults and coordinate breakdown repairs.
- Monitor equipment condition and maintain maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and work permits.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
- Support installation, alignment and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Follow standard maintenance and workplace safety practices.
